Most of the regular movie goers will remember the statue of magician Mandrake, which controlled the entire proceedings just like a protagonist in the hit movie ÂJunior MandrakeÂ. After a decade of the original hit, a sequel is under production with the same statue creating more problems for the men who keeps them.
Titled as 'Senior Mandrake' this new movie will star the same actors of the old hit. Directed by Ali Akbar, this movie will also have Suraj Venjaramoodu, Salim Kumar, Mamukoya and T S Raju apart from the big stars like Jagadeesh, Jagathy, Kalpana, Indrans who were part of the original hit.
ÂSenior Mandrake is produced by Mummy Century and Sameer Thukral under the banner of M and S productions. Hari Venugopal is the music director and T S Hari is the Art director.
