Star Producer on rift between Icon Star Allu Arjun and Star Director Sukumar

Amidst swirling rumors that threatened to dampen the spirit of Pushpa fans, noted producer and a close confidant of Allu Arjun, Bunny Vas, stepped in to quash the speculation. At a promotional event for Aay earlier today, Vas assured the audience that everything was under control, and the team was far from the disarray the rumors had suggested.

Vas, who has been privy to all internal developments regarding Pushpa: The Rule, shared his amusement at the ongoing speculation. "We've been having a good laugh reading all the rumors about conflicts and delays," he said, adding that the team appreciated the free publicity, albeit unintended.

Bunny Vas went on to detail the production timeline, explaining that Allu Arjun had only 15-17 days of shooting left, which included a song and the climax sequence. "Sukumar wanted to finalize the edit and decide on any patchwork needed before proceeding with the song and climax shoot. Editing will take about 35 days, and we still need to complete a significant portion of Fahadh Faasil's scenes," he elaborated.

Allu Arjun's foreign holiday, which had fueled the postponement rumors, was simply a planned break to spend time with family. "People misunderstood this and spread wild speculations," Vas commented, assuring fans that it was a well-deserved time off amidst a busy schedule.

Vas took the opportunity to highlight the strong bond between Allu Arjun and director Sukumar, describing it as an "emotion" and "special bond" that trumps any potential conflicts. "Bunny will wait even for 6 months for Sukumar. They both are mature and realize the importance of the brand Pushpa," he said, emphasizing their commitment to the project.

The producer concluded by confirming that shooting for Pushpa: The Rule would resume in the first week of August, much to the relief of fans who were worried about a potential 2025 delay.

With these clarifications, fans can now breathe easier, knowing that the sequel is on track and that the creative forces behind it are united in their mission to bring Pushpa: The Rule to the silver screen. Stay tuned for more updates as the production progresses.
