Star Plus climbs on to the Shah Rukh bangwagon

Star Plus and superstar Shah Rukh Khan have teamed up again! This time the media giant and the darling of the media are in league together because the channel is a team co-sponsor at the Indian Premiere League. This is happening for the first time in the IPL matches. Star Plus is partial sponsor of Shah Rukh’s team Kolkata Knight Riders.

The team players will have the Star Plus logo emblazoned on their t-shirts. Shah Rukh is extremely pleased with the partnership. The last time Star and Shah Rukh got together was for Kaun Banega Crorepati in 2006. In 2008, they once again worked together on Kya Aap Panchvi Pass Se Tez Hai. Here’s hoping some of the Stars’ magic rubs off on KKR.
