Star hero plays a guest role in ‘Premam’

It has been speculated for long that Victory Venkatesh is making a special appearance in Naga Chaitanya-starrer Premam.  However, nothing was confirmed by the makers.  It is learnt that, finally, a scene featuring Venky has been shot.  Informed sources say that the scene has come out very well.

Venky is related to Chai from mother's side.  His special appearance may not add much value addition, but it has a sentimental value for sure.  There is a speculation that Venky will be seen picking up a quarrel with a college principal's character in the film.  The scene doesn't last for more than a minute.  A similar scene is there in the original too – the Malayalam version.

Directed by Chandu Mondeti, the film has Shruti Haasan reprising Sai Pallavi.  Anupama Parameswaran and Madonna Sebastian are the other female leads.  The film could hit the screens only in August.
