Staff rescue Kamal Haasan from danger

In the early hours of today (April 8), a fire broke out at Universal Star Kamal Haasan's Chennai residence. While this could have been dangerous, his alert staff members rescued the legendary actor to safety. It was on the third floor of his house that the accident happened. All the staff members who saved him are also safe.

From what can be made out from Kamal's tweets, the fire was so big that his lungs were full of smoke by the time he was rescued. After he was pulled out from fire around him, Kamal climbed down to the ground floor on his own.

His tweet about the fire accident worried many fans who happened to be online.
