There is a wasteland behind the Adambakkam police station in St. Thomas Mount Chennai which has thick bush growth thereby giving place for anti-social elements to carry on nefarious activities. The people in the area reported to the cops that three men went into the area and after several hours only two returned in a drugged manner.

The police started investigation and when they reached the spot found a newly dug up mound and when they used a dug it up again found a bloodied body of a man buried. The CCTV footage showed the three men using ganja and going in and have fought inside and the two men had obviously murdered one.

One of the men has been identified as Anand of Adambakkam who is known as a ruffian and that he had shared a murder on Whatsapp. The police tried to call those in his friend's group but found that all of them had switched off their mobiles. The police have pressed into action to nab the absconding Anand and his crony and are also probing in the angle whether this is the first such murder or more have been committed and shared on Whatsapp.
