The release date of SSMB28 was announced on Sunday. The out-of-blue announcement satisfied the fans of Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas. They now can't wait to watch the movie on January 13, 2024.

Soon after the announcement, producer S Naga Vamsi, who is associated with Haarika & Hassine Creations, asked fans not to expect anything till May 31, which is Superstar Krishna's birthday. "We are glad that all Super Fans are happy with Fantastic #SSMB28 update?! The next Hyper Massy update will be coming out in May, on the eve of Superstar Krishna gari Birthday. Until then, we hope you'll wait patiently," he tweeted.

And now, speculations have begun. What are they going to release on May 31? A teaser? Or, will the fans have to make do with just a title?

A title announcement can be expected if the makers have already finalized it. As per the buzz in the industry, Trivikram has locked 'Amaravati Ki Atu Itu' as the title.

The film, co-starring Sree Leela and Pooja Hegde, has music by Thaman.
