Red hot updates have emerged on the mega project which suggest that Rajamouli will touch even higher peaks. According to reliable sources Mahesh Babu's character in 'SSMB29' is based on the mythical Lord Hanuman. Legend has it that Hanuman flew to the end of the world and brought back the life saving sanjeevi mountain to revive Ram and Lakshman who fell unconcious in the battle against Ravan. It is said that Mahesh Babu's character will also go deep into the Amazon forests to bring back a rare herb to save Indian people from a deadly virus.
There are also reports that Rajamouli has planned to make the super hero flick on par with Hollywood films and it will release in three parts over the next eight years. The producer K.L. Narayana is said to have set aside rupees five hundred crores just for the initial phase of shooting.
Industry insiders say that talks are on with frontline Hollywood and Indian actors to costar with Mahesh Babu. The same sources add that talks will be held in the future with Kamal Haasan, Chiyaan Vikram, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Prithviraj to play important parallel lead roles.
'SSMB29' is expected to go on floors this year end with regular Rajamouli technicians such as writer Vijayendra Prasad, music director M.M. Keeravani and cinematographer K.K. Senthilkumar.
