Srushti Dange replaces Nikki Galrani in the Mohanlal-Major Ravi flick, 1971 Beyond Borders. In the movie the actress will be pairing along with Allu Sirish as a Tamil speaking village girl. Nikki Galrani was earlier announced for the role, but the actress opted out of the movie due to date clashes.

Srushti who is all excited to work along with Mohanlal has recently joined the shooting sets of the movie at Pollachi. 1971 Beyond Borders marks to be the Mollywood debut of both Srushti Dange and Allu Sirish, who will essay the role of war tank operator. The movie which is about India-Bangladesh war in 1971, also has Samuthirakani in the role of a soldier.
