SRK's 'Raees' in the making: PICS

The set for Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees' is being made at Film City. We were told that since 'Raees' is set in the 80s, the team is recreating certain parts of Ahmedabad from that time. Have a look at the on-location pics here...

Ahmedabad has changed a lot since then in terms of architecture and manner of living. So the 'Raees' team had no option but to recreate the city. Also, they have some action sequences which they would prefer to shoot indoors rather than on a real location.

It is a massive set up and there is work going on around the clock. The 'Raees' team is looking into minor and intricate details and trying to ensure that the set is complete at the earliest. Helmed by Rahul Dholakia Raees' is slated to go on floors on February 15 2015.
