'Srinivasa Kalyanam' song clocks 1 million views

The Mickey J Meyer melody 'Kalyanam Vybhogam' from 'Srinivasa Kalyanam' has clocked 1 million views. It was released on July 9.

Penned by Srimani, the lyrics for the song draw on Hindu scriptures and the stories of living deities like Rama and Venkateswara. The theme of the song has been received well by the family audience. SP Balasubramanyam adopts a heavy yet soothing style of singing to convey the emotions. Mickey J Meyer deploys minimal instruments and the emphasis is more on the raga. He doesn't abandon his time-tested style of kickstarting the number with a trendy tune, we said in our review of the song.

Starring Nithiin, Raashi Khanna, Nandita Raj and Prakash Raj, the audio of 'Srinivasa Kalyanam' will be released on July 22 on Aditya Music. The film will be out on August 9.
