The audio of Srimannarayana was a grand event in that it saw the attendance of who's who of the film industry. Besides the film's main cast and crew members, B Gopal, Krishnam Raju, K Atchi Reddy, SV Krishna Reddy, Suresh Reddy, Boyapati Sreenu, Kota, Bellamkonda Suresh, Harish Shankar, Sunil, Catherine, Madhavi Latha, Tashu Kaushik, Gopichand Malineni, Gemini Kiran, Yalamanchili Sai Babu, Rao Ramesh and others made it to the event at Novotel, Madhapur.

The first CD was released by Nandamuri Ramakrishna, who handed it over to Sunil.

Director Ravikumar Chavali said, "It is not easy to write a story for Balakrishna. I wrote this story keeping in mind his stamina and image. He is the primary reason why the film has shaped up differently."

Producer Ramesh Puppala said, "We could complete the shoot in 84 days (non-stop) because of Balakrishna’s cooperation. Balayya garu is not just a film hero but a real hero as well. He worked along with us like an ordinary member of the team. Chakri worked for the film with a vengeance. I am sure Srimannarayana is one of the best audios of the year. Ghatikachalam's sharp dialogues will rollick the audience. I thank RR Venkat garu, who was instrumental behind my foray into the film industry."

Isha Chawla said, "I feel very lucky to have got the opportunity to act opposite Balakrishna. He is a very supportive person. I learnt a lot of acting while working with him. I thank the director and the producers for giving me the opportunity."

Sunil said, "Many inherit wealth of their parents. But Balayya garu has inherited his parents' lofty ideals and path. He follows in the footsteps of Rama Rao garu. Srimannarayana is none other than Lord Venkateswara. Everyone who knows Him will watch this film."

B Gopal said, "The director and the producer of this film are very good people at heart. The posters and stills are looking amazing. I am sure that this will be one of the biggest hits of Balayya garu's career."

Bellamkonda Suresh said, "I am waiting to watch this film with the curiosity of an ordinary fan. Chakri gave a stunning music for Simha. I think Srimannarayana’s songs will be of the same quality."

Yalamanchili said, "I wish Balayya garu, who is coming before the audience as Narayana after playing Sri Rama on the screen, all the best."

Kota said, "There is no doubt that this film will become a big hit. At a time when Teluguness is fast disappearing, Balakrishna is the only person who showcases Teluguness through his films. The position after Rama Rao garu belongs to him. I play a very good character in the film."

Chandrabose said, "I feel privileged whenever I get the opportunity to write lyrics for Balayya garu’s films, because he gives due value to lyricists, writers, and technicians."

Madhavi Latha said, "When I was new to the industry, I was told that Balakrishna is a rude person. However, I later learnt through my experience that there was no truth in it. He is a very down-to-earth person. I wish that this film will become a big hit."

Gopichand Malineni said, "It is only Balakrishna garu who can deliver a powerful line. After watching the trailer, I am sure that Srimannarayana will become a big hit."
