Srikanta wining path, Dr Shiv full happy

Like how Dr Shivarajakumar lead the last year 2016 with a competitive film in box office Killing Veerappan', he is leading this year 2017 with Srikanta' a common man as caption.

The first three days results in the box office for Dr Shivarajakumar 112th film have been pretty good. Releasing in 220 theatres the gross is calculated as over Rs.6 crores. The speed and zoom continues like this, the producer Manu Gowda would recover investment in the first week says Gandhinagar sources.

Dr Shiv was happy with very good reviews for the film in regional newspapers, television media and English newspapers. I take the good and bad written about my film very sportive he mentioned in his address. I have seen the film with the public. The last twenty minutes of the film has helped in strengthening the film he feels.

I was given the common man life in our huge family even though my father was Dr Rajakumar one of the biggest superstars of Kannada cinema. Dr Shiv went on a flashback. We all grew up as simple persons. That simplicity of living given has helped me in getting in to the shoes of this role he says.

After Rishi' Kannada film maternal cousin of Dr Shiv, Vijaya Raghavendra acted again as co passenger in an ambassador car driven by Dr Shiv in Srikanta'. Vijay Raghavendra felt it difficult in using wrong words for his cousin who is a super star in his role.

The happiest man was director Manju Swaraj for his delectable work for a common man subject. For giving some of the ugly condition to shoot for Dr Shiv, he felt sorry for it. It is a political satire of Dr Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar that has worked as base for the film he pointed.
