Sridevi honoured at the Oscars

The recent demise of legendary actress Sridevi has left a void in Indian cinema. Millions of fans mourned the actress’s death and still do. And the actress was remembered at the Oscars 2018 which was held in Los Angeles’s Dolby Theatre.
It is custom for the Oscars to have an In Memoriam segment where artistes who have passed that year are featured. Similarly, in this year of Oscars 2018, Indian acting legends Sridevi and Shashi Kapoor were honoured.
It is also worth mentioning here that Shashi Kapoor has worked in international films such as ‘The Householder’, ‘Shakespeare Wallah’, ‘The Guru’, ‘Bombay Talkie’ and ‘In Custody’.
