Sri Sri, directed by Muppalaneni Shiva, stars Superstar Krishna, Vijaya Nirmala and Naresh in key roles. After a wait of more than two months, the film is slated for a June 3 release.

Mahesh Babu has made it a point to make his presence felt since this marks his legendary father's important release. Even though it was speculated that Mahesh will be seen in a cameo, Mahesh's voice will be heard as a voice-over.

Besides Sudheer Babu, his two little sons will be seen in bit roles in this film. It was decided that Mahesh will also do an interview with his father as a promotional. It has to be seen whether Mahesh will do this.

Naresh has said that Sri Sri is thriller-like and that the film will be a milestone in Krishna's career.

The film is a remake of a Marathi hit.
