On March 22nd controversial actress Sri Reddy lodged a complaint at the Valasaravakkam police station in Chennai that she was attacked by a few men at her home and requested action. Later sources from the station said that she was faking the attack for publicity.

In a new twist to the tale, Sri Reddy has released CCTV footage of financier Subramaniam entering her house along with two other men and misbehaving. She has stated that he wanted to meet her regarding a film but in spite of her request not to come late in the night he arrived at 11.30 pm and forced his way inside after attacking her manager. An audio clip has also been outed in which Subramaniam allegedly threatens to murder her manager if she did not allow him inside her house and accept him as her lover. Sri Reddy has reportedly decided to make fresh complaints to the Chennai Police Commissioner.
