Sri Divya turns down a big project

Sri Divya, who says she prefers doing performance-oriented girl next door roles, reveals that she turned down an offer to act with a top star, since the film required her to wear glamourous outfits.
"Rather than glamourous roles, I would like to do performance oriented characters. I am happy that Tamil audience have given me a special place in their hearts," says the 'Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam' girl.
Sri Divya also refutes a charge against her, that she is refusing to do Telugu films. "Tamil cinema offers me interesting roles, so am doing more projects in Kollywood when compared to Tollywood," she says.
