Sreenu Vaitla has a breather

Sreenu Vaitla had pinned hopes on 'Mister' to resuscitate his sagging career. The film bombed at the box office, leaving even his Mega hero, Varun Tej, in the lurch. While Tej had a success in 'Fidaa', Vaitla had been biding his time.

Not anymore. Reportedly, his next will star Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja himself. Mythri Movie Makers could well bankroll the project.

The Vaitla-RT combo reminds us of the timeless comedy, 'Venky', which is one of the most long-lasting comedies ever made by Tollywood, a la 'Nuvvu Naku Nacchav', 'Manmathudu', etc. And Vaitla is said to be out to do a comedy, once again, with Ravi Teja, who is busy with 'Raja The Great' (October 12 release) and 'Touch Chesi Choodu'.
