Sreenivasan the farmer

This is a time when the world is seriously considering organic farming, with much awareness about the kind of fatal effects that pesticides can have.
Director-writer and actor Sreenivasan has taken this up quite seriously. He has a framing tract where organic farming is practiced.
He talked about the importance of the common grass, how reading helped him and the support from the locals and authorities. Sreenivasan also talks about the kind of politics involved in growing rice. It was recently that Sreenivasan and Manju Warrier harvested paddy as part of this.
