The last line of the trailer for 'Sreekaram' perhaps holds the message of the film. It has to do with collective farming. Sharwanand is heard saying that 'ummadi' farming will help them tide over the crisis, seemingly precipitated by Sai Kumar's negative character.
Directed by debutant Kishor B, the village drama is also a family drama at a level. Rao Ramesh plays Sharwa's father, who looks perpetually gloomy. Comedian Sathya and senior Naresh are also seen.
As for Priyanka Arul Mohan, who goes missing after the initial portions of the trailer, she woos our hero, whose heart and mind beats for agriculture. With music by Mickey J Meyer, the film is produced by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta of 14 Reels Plus.
Written (dialogues) by Sai Madhav Burra, the film also features Murli Sharma and Saptagiri. Avinash Kolla and Marthand K Venkatesh have taken care of production design and editing. J Yuvraj is the cinematographer.
The film will hit the screens on March 11.
