The teaser of 'Sreekaram' was today unveiled by Mahesh Babu. It's a fitting choice because, like 'Maharshi', this film too propagates the myth that we are running out of farmers. For the looks of it, the rural drama builds emotional arguments around farmers and about farming.

Sharwanand, who is into some sermonizing, is back in his 'Shatamanam Bhavati' spirit. "If actors, doctors and engineers are making their children actors, doctors and engineers, why are farmers not turning their children into farmers?" is the question the hero asks, saying that he hasn't found an answer to the question. Priyanka Arul Mohan, who is unseen in the teaser, is the female lead. Directed by newcomer Kishore B, the film also features Rao Ramesh, Amani, Senior Naresh, Sai Kumar and Murali Sharma in other roles. Satya and Sapthagari are also on board.

With music and cinematography are by Mickey J Meyer and J Yuvraj, the film will hit the screens on March 11.
