Sree Vishnu suggests Bedurulanka 2012 is a meaningful commercial hit

'Bedurulanka 2012' has become a profitable venture for all stakeholders involved. Producer Ravindra Benerjee Muppaneni today hosted a victory party for which Sree Vishnu was the chief guest. Hero Kartikeya was congratulated by the guests in attendance for scoring a clean hit.

Speaking on the occasion, Sree Vishnu said that he liked Kartikeya's style of running in the song 'Pilla Raa' in 'RX 100'. That was his first introduction to Kartikeya. The 'Samajavaragamana' actor is delighted that the 'Valimai' and 'Gang Leader' actor is back in the limelight of success with his latest release. Sree Vishnu also appreciated heroine Neha Shetty for making the right picks, be it 'DJ Tillu' or the present film.

The 'Brochevarevarura' actor praised the film's producer for being an example for others. 'Bedurulanka 2012' is not a run-of-the-mill commercial film and some of the ideas the dramedy throws up challenge the prevailing notions and beliefs that people hold.

Kartikeya said that the project was not easy to be finished. "Despite obstacles, we held on to it. We believed in content and that's what has delivered success today. I thank my audience, my family and friends, and the industry for always believing that I would surely bounce back. "'Bedurulanka 2012' came my way at the right time. My film has delivered laughs. This is my gift to the audience who have always stood by me. It gives me a great deal of satisfaction if the audience recognise a good film," he said.

'RX 100' director Ajay Bhupathi, who awaits the release of 'Mangalavaaram' soon, said that Kartikeya pulling off a hit feels personal.

Mani Sharma's music, the rom-com track, the comedy quotient and other elements were appreciated by the speakers on the occasion. Debutant director Clax was lauded by the guests for making a laugh riot.
