Spider-Man is one of the most iconic characters in the Marvel Universe and is especially the hot favorite among the younger generation of audiences which means pretty much all of them. When things were going from nice to nice for the past two decades or so with many standalone 'Spider-Man' movies coming along and also him appearing in other big tentpoles that you can read as 'Avengers: Infinity War' and the likes.

However Marvel's parent company Disney had a fallout with Sony Pictures ( with whom Marvel earlier had a two decades partnership agreement), regarding the financing and profit-sharing of the Spidey films and they broke up a few months back which meant that Peter Parker will not have a place in Marvel. Now after several rounds of talks both Sony and Marvel have come to an understanding that 'Spider-Man 3' will be made in the previous agreement and will hit the screens on July 16th, 2021.

The bonus is that Spidey will once again appear in another bigger Marvel film later on as well. Well, that's probably the best Sunday news for all you Tom Holland fans who can't wait for him to wear the red-blue suit and jet across high rise buildings soon.
