Srinu Vaitla is a director in a hurry. He does not seem to believe in taking breaks between movies.

His Andarivadu hit the theatres only a couple of weeks back. But he is already back to take strike with a new film.

His new film with Vishnu and Genelia D’Souza was launched with lot fanfare and fun yesterday.

Srinu Vytla speed is such that he has gone ahead with this project despite not fixing a music director for the film.

Obviously, he would want his close friend Devi Sri Prasad to score the music but the producers may be having a different idea on the issue.

Anyway, the muhurat of the film was a grand affair with all the names worth mentioning in attendance. Union Minister Dasari Narayana Rao and hotshot producer M S Raju did the initial honors.

Apart from Vishnu and Genelia, Srihari gets to play a crusty role. In this mafia film, he is said to play a don who controls the city (of Hyderabad?).

The director says it is a mafia story with the theme of love.

The film begins shooting on July 10.
