The special CBI court has decided to give its judgement date for all the accused in the 2G scam on November 7. The court ordered the presence of all the accused including former Telecom Minister A.Raja and DMK Rajya Sabha member Kanimozhi to be present on the said date.
Special CBI judge O.P Saini also issued warrants against film producer Karim Morani and Unitech managaing director Sanjay Chandra. The 2G scam case has a total of 17 accused which including three private companies.
The verdict on the multi-crore scam is awaited eagerly by both the public and the political fraternity in the country as it is expected to impact the political mileage of DMK in future assembly polls.
