Negative wave hits Kollywood on last day of May
Send us your feedback to audioarticles@vaarta.com
Yesterday, the last day of May 2016 was not a good one for Kollywood as some bad events and news made headlines. First it was the disappearance of Madhan who produced and distributed many films under the Vendhar Movies banner who in his suicide note had written that he was going to give up his life in Kasi. Then there was the ugly incident of a youth lodging a complaint against Suriya claiming that the actor had slapped him in public.
On the same day actor-director Cheran had to appear in court with his daughter regarding a check bounce case. Similarly veteran producer Aabavanan was sentenced to five years imprisonment and two crores forty lakhs fine in a case filed by Punjab National Bank. Veteran comedy actor Senthil had to approach the Police Commisioner of Madurai as once again a whatsapp news about his death started ciriculating. Hope the arrival of a new month June brings more cheer for all concerned in Kollywood.
