SPB Mesmerized by ARR: 'Kochadaiyaan'

Putting the speculation to rest, with the release of a voice promo, the buzz carries that the Superstar starrer 'Kochadaiyaan' is to release this Diwali. Opening up on his experience crooning for AR Rahman, along with Sadhna Sargam, the veteran singer SP Balasubramaniam says I am mesmerized by the tunes of Rahman and 'Medhuvaaga Thaan' has come out to be a beautiful number from the movie.

The composers orchestration, deserves a special mention here, which was brilliant. Directed by the Superstar's daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth, 'Kochadaiyaan' narrates the fictitious tale of an emperor and his son. Rajinikanth plays dual roles in the film, with Shobhana as the pair for the father and Deepika Padukone as the love interest of the son. The movie has been filmed in 3D motion capturing, which will enhance the visual appeal and the overall movie experience.
