Kartikeya Gummakonda is quite disappointed that 'Chaavu Kaburu Challaga' has failed to satisfy the audience. The romantic-comedy, which hit the screens on March 19, turned out to be a disaster without a respite. The 'RX 100' actor on Monday put out a statement and a promise in the wake of the GA2 Pictures film biting the dust.
Saying that 'CKC' is a movie that explored a new actor in him and helped him get closer to the hearts of many, Kartikeya added that he is proud to have played Basthi Balaraju in the Koushik Pegallapati directorial. The 'Guna 369' actor then urged those who didn't like the movie to forgive him and give him another chance to prove himself.
Kartikeya, sounding confident, ended the message by saying this: "I will definitely rectify and bounce back."
Starring Lavanya Tripathi as the heroine, 'CKC' had music by Jakes Bejoy. The film had Aamani, Srikanth Iyengar and Murali Sharma in key roles.
Kartikeya will be seen in an important role in 'Valimai', the Ajith-starring Tamil-language biggie.
