It's a really sad news for Mohanlal fans. They have to wait till August to watch the complete actor ruling the screen as Puli Murugan. According to reports the release of the most anticipated movie in Malayalam, PuliMurugan, the complete actor Mohanlal starrer, will not hit theatres on July. The release has been postponed due to the unavailability of releasing centres in July as they are planning a wide release of the movie.

If the rumours are true , Puli Murugan is reportedly going for a Monday release, a rare incident in Mollywood. However, the team is yet to confirm the reports officially. The movie is supposed to be released in about 3000 screens all over the world. The team decided not to release it on July, as screens are not available due to the release of Rajinikanth's Kabali.

Puli Murugan, a dream project for the director, Vysakh, is going to create lots of milestones in Malayalam film industry. It is one of highest big budget movies in the industry history and the movie is getting ready to release in 7 languages at a time, first time ever for a Malayalam movie.

Tamil actor Prabhu and Telugu actor Jagapati Babu are doing pivotal roles in the film. Popular actress Kamalinee Mukherjee essays the female lead opposite to Mohanlal. Suraj Venjarammoodu, Bala, Kishore,Vinu Mohan and Namitha follows the star cast. Puli Murugan is produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam,under the banner Mulakupadam Films.
