'Garudan' is an upcoming action drama starring Soori, Sasikumar and Unni Mukundan in the lead roles. Durai Senthilkumar directed this film which has a story written by director Vetrimaaran. The grand audio and trailer launch event of 'Garudan' took place in Chennai today.

Actors Sivakarthikeyan & Vijay Sethupathi launched the audio and trailer of the movie at the function. The 2.5-minute video depicts Soori as the faithful servant of Unni Mukundan, with Unni and Sasikumar portraying best friends. When a conflict arises between the friends, Soori encounters trouble due to his loyalty. 'Garudan' is set in a rural backdrop.

The trailer is going viral on the internet now. 'Garudan' also stars Revathi Sharma, Sshivada, Roshini Haripriyan, Samuthirakani, Mime Gopi, Motta Rajendran, RV Udayakumar, Vadivukarasi, Dushyanth, Brigida and others. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed music with DOP by Arthur A Wilson and editing by Pradeep E Ragav. The movie is coming to cinemas on May 31st.
