Soori enters television after Kamal & Vishal

Television has much more penetration than cinema however over the years movie stars usually took to it only after they lost their market. It all changed in the new millennium as popular stars such as Suriya hosted 'Neengalum Vellalaam Oru Kodi'. To top it all the Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan is hosting the 'Bigg Boss 2' after season one and has even told that it gave him many times the popularity that he enjoyed in five decades as the top most Tamil hero.
Currently Vishal is also hosting a new reality show that premieres soon on a private channel. Meanwhile Soori has done a guest role in a new TV Serial 'Thirumanam' starring Siddhu and Shreya as the lead pair. He has shot for a scene in which he attends the wedding of the pair and takes a selfie with them.
