Sonu Sood, the actor and humanitarian, has decided to lend a helping hand to the needy in such a way that the recipients of his help will be able to make a livelihood for the rest of their lives. The versatile actor is going to distribute e-rikshaws to the needy across the country.

It's learned that the 'Arundhati' and 'Dookudu' actor has begun the process of distributing e-rikshaws in Moga, Punjab, which is his home state. Sonu Sood is going to scale up the distribution process in the coming days. 

The idea is to render philanthropy that is durable and life-altering. The actor is said to be quite happy about the response to the mission. 

The 'Alludu Adhurs' actor was recently in the news for other such charity acts. He also distributed smart phones to the unit members of Chiranjeevi's 'Acharya' recently.
