After his amazing humanitarian acts during the Covid-19 lockdown, actor Sonu Sood gained the status of messiah for some people. Since then, he has took many initiatives to help people. Sonu's recent initiative Shiksha Har Hath is aimed at students to provide them equal opportunity to gain education without any obstacles.

In an collaboration with Mi India, Shiksha Har Hath will help underprivileged students who can't take online classes due to lack of smartphones by donating thousands of Redmi smartphones.

This is what Sonu said about the new collaboration, "The pandemic has threatened our morale and we have not only tackled it, but emerged stronger and united. The lockdown changed the dynamics of education and it specifically affected the under resourced communities. Hence, with a mission to allow children access to online classes and ensure continuity in their education, our partnership with Mi India is a step to help build a better future.
