Song Review: Suyaa Suyaa

  • IndiaGlitz, [Tuesday,February 07 2017]

The song 'Suyaa Suyaa' from 'Winner' was released by Anirudh moments ago.

Making a debut as a singer, the star TV host Suma gets into the shoes of a Geetha Madhuri to a decently okayish effect. The item song, filmed on Anasuya Bharadwaj and Sai Dharam Tej, comes with all the ingredients of a Thaman special, right from those electrifying beats. Anurag Kulkarni always had his task cut out, and his vocals largely fit into typical Thaman-style club numbers.

Ramajogayya Sastry's lyrics come with the usual suspects. The girl is awestruck by the guy's killer charm. The man with the massy streak and unconventional muscles, on his part, knows the girl defeats the opposite sex as her second nature. 'Sompuls' (curves), samples, so go the rhyming words. From the fruits being used to sex up item songs, we now have the Shimla apples feeling jealous of the damsel!
