Song Review: Mellaga Mellaga ('Chi La Sow')

'Mellaga Mellaga' is a soothing melody from the lover girl's perspective. Sri Sai Kiran's lines flow in a rhythm. The choice of words is that good. The director's vision seems to have played a role in envisioning it as a Telugu-only melody.

Prashanth R Vihari's deployment of instruments makes it a light and endearing song. If the lyrics come with a streak of lightness, the music is in harmony with them. Arun Chiluveru's guitar is a plus.

Chinmayi Sripaada has changed her style for the number. She sings the 'Charanam' with perfection.

'Chi La Sow', starring Sushanth and Ruhani Sharma in lead roles, is directed by Rahul Ravindran. Its music is on Aditya Music. It will hit the screens on July 27.
