Song Review: Andala Blackberry (Brand Babu)

The song's initial beats are clearly inspired by 'We Have A Romeo' song from 'Bommarillu'. Devi Sri Prasad's tempo for the super-hit number is what music director Jeevan Babu adopts (to an extent) here.

Purnachary's lyrics use a lot of brand names, much as the title of the song suggests. His generic lines must have been a boost for choreographer Sekhar to come up with some regular dance moves for the lead man.

Singers Rahul Sipligunj and Mohammed Hymath do a good job for this template-driven, insipid number.

'Brand Babu', starring Sumanth Shailendra and Eesha Rebba in leading roles, has been directed by Prabhakar P. Its singles are being released, one after one, on Aditya Music.
