Sonam Kapoor in & as 'Neerja': FIRST LOOK

Fox Star Studios of late unveiled the first look of their next venture, titled 'Neerja', starring Sonam Kapoor in the title role.

To be helmed by noted filmmaker Ram Madhvani, the film is a biopic on Neerja Bhanot, the flight attendant of the infamous 1986 plane hijack. Neerja showed extreme bravery in saving passengers' lives from terrorists, however lost hers in the process. Incidentally, Neerja is known to be the youngest recipient of Ashok Chakra, India's highest civilian award for bravery.
