Checkout here a cute yet elegant looking Sonam Kapoor in the first pic from the sets of her forthcoming film 'Neerja'. The photo was shared by the actress via Twitter, who also posted, "Hello everyone! This is me as Neerja! in our tribute to Neerja Bhanot. This is my most special film..thank you".

Bannered under Fox Star Studios, 'Neerja' will be directed by Ram Madhvani. The film is a biopic on Neerja Bhanot, the flight attendant of the infamous 1986 plane hijack. Neerja showed extreme bravery in saving passengers' lives from terrorists, however lost hers in the process. Incidentally, Neerja is known to be the youngest recipient of Ashok Chakra, India's highest civilian award for bravery.
