Superstar Rajinikanth's heroine for Arvind Swamy

As we had reported earlier, Arvind Swamy will be playing the male lead in the Tamil remake of Malayalam super hit comedy entertainer 'Bhaskar The Rascal'. Nayanthara who played the female lead in the original was expected to reprise her role in the remake which will also be helmed by the same director Siddique.
But now reliable sources suggest that the makers are in talks with Bollywood's hot and young heroine Sonakshi Sinha to play the female lead in the film opposite Arvind Swamy.
It is to be noted that Sonakshi the daughter of veteran Bollywood actor Shathrughan Sinha made her Kollywood debut playing Superstar Rajinikanth's pair in the 2014 film 'Lingaa'.
Arvind Swamy will be reprising the character played by Megastar Mammootty in the original.
