These days we have been reading about Sonakshi Sinha’s next item song for Sajid Khan’s ‘Himmatwala’.

The song "Thank God, It’s Friday" which carries a retro feel was shot recently. Featuring our ‘Dabangg’ beauty in two avatars, reflecting the style and glamour of the eighties.

Looking hot in tight black outfit in one and ravishing in a shimmering golden gown in other - both the looks of Sonakshi, according to sources, have been inspired from Sridevi in ‘Chalbaaz’ and Parveen Babi in ‘Shaan’ respectively.

While the moves and grooves are by ace choreographer Chinni Prakash, Sonakshi’s dressing and styling boasts about having Manish Malhotra’s ace fashion skills.

Talking about her disco experience, Sonakshi in an interview shared that for the preparing the song she not only watched the yesteryear actresses’ songs but also several 80s songs, in order to get an idea about dancing and the style of that era.
