A film with social concern ‘Mother Savitha’ is the second attempt on awareness to the people from Raju Halaguru. He has made research in the last 10 months on the status of HIV Aids patients, homo sexual, sex workers, and transgender people in the society for his subject.

The film ‘Mother Savitha’ is with a caption ‘Save new born’. A child born to HIV victim need not have the disease is his discovery from medical science. As a result a child born to HIV in this film is free from problems. The intention is to take away the fear in the mind.

In addition to Sanjeeva Udupi HIV patient acting in the film there is eunuch Pallavi in the cast with Manasa and Deepak heading the star cast. The role of Manasa as HIV victim in the film is not new because top stars in Hindi cinema have performed in that role. For the sake of awareness through my character, I have agreed to appear in this film says Manasa.

Pallavi eunuch in the film ‘Mother Savitha’ stated that there was good cooperation from the team that made her to forget that she is transgender. Deepak is in lead actor role with Manasa. They play couple affected with HIV. Sridhar is a doctor in this film with negative shade. Sureschandra has composed music for this film. He has one song on mother and child.
