Even as Chiranjeevi's 'Khaidi No., 150 and Balakrishna's 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' are in Sankranthi 2017 race, there are two other hopefuls: Nagarjuna's 'Om Namo Venkatesaya' and Venkatesh's untitled sports drama. However, the makers of 'ONV' had so far been tight-lipped about the release date.

In a press meet held yesterday, Nag opened up about when the film will hit the marquee. "Raghavendra Rao garu is filming the movie with all devotion. Keeravani garu's music is excellent. We are planning to release the movie for Sankranthi, but we don't want to announce the release date early on and change it later. Everything is being done with a pucca plan. Once we can certainly estimate as to when the film will be done, we will surely announce the release date", Nag said.

If all the aforementioned four films get released in Jan 2017, this will be the first time that the movies of the Big Four will be releasing in the same month. However, this is highly unlikely.
