Snapdeal accepts Flipkart's new proposal

E-commerce giant Flipkart is set to takeover Snapdeal for a staggering $950 million. The revised deal is soon to be approved by board members of Snapdeal after initial reports came few weeks back that Snapdeal was not appreciative of the $800 million which was proposed earlier. An official announcement on this merger is soon expected.

Flipkart has been raising funds from various banks as it competes with Amazon on his home ground to keep is No.1 position.
