The recently launched movie 'Asta Chamma' made on a small scale budget had made a box office hit. Producer D. Suresh Babu rejoiced over the movie's success and the team of the movie gave a press meet in Ramanaidu Studios on this occasion. The movie was directed by Muralikrishna Indraganti, produced by Ramakrishna under the 'Art Beat Capital' banner.

Producer D. Suresh Babu, who spoke to the press said "the premier shows for the film were organized in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada before the which evoked a terrific response from the spectators. The movie got wide response after its release and is marked as a good family entertainer. I express my sincere thanks to the audience for making a budget movie into a blockbuster."

The director of the movie Muralikrishna Indraganti spoke said, " The movie is made for the family as a whole entertainer sans any form of vulgarity. When director Rajamouli saw this movie, he suggested that a movie made with such goodness should be widespread."

The director also said that he is thankful to the crew of the film who were highly supportive till the end. The leads Swati and Nani, Cameraman P G Vinda, Music Director Kalyan Malik, Executive Producer Prasad and others were also present in the meet.
