The problem for Nayantara is that she has a tendency to put on weight. When she arrived in Tamil from Malayalam, she was almost rotund.
But she worked out strenuously and made herself appealing. And when she landed in Telugu, she was again tending to gather flab at all the wrong places.
The good thing about Nayantara is that she can get over any kind pf physical condition through sheer mental sharpness. Now acting in Thulasi alongside Venkatesh, Nayan is looking like a newly-picked tulip Âfresh and beautiful.
You must see her latest pictures where she looks at least a few younger than she is. Nayan says reducing those extra kilos was hard sweat.. But she pulled it through determination and sense of professionalism.
Nayan looks good because she is good. A case of mind over matter.
