Remember the times when you board a train around 7:30 pm at a station, try to get yourself comfortable in your seat but the sleeping co-passengers start turning grumpy as you turn on the lights and soon it breaks into a quarrel? Well no more of that.
The Railway ministry issued circular which says the passengers in the reserved coaches can only sleep between 10pm and 6am to allow others to sit on the seats for the rest of the time. There is, as always an exception for sick, persons with disability, and pregnant ladies in case they want to sleep beyond permissible limits. The current sleep time is 9pm to 6am which now stands revised.
