Ever since the news of the amazing filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the immensely talented Salman Khan reuniting after 19 long years made headlines, fans could not stop their excitement and are eagerly waiting for the next update. The super-duper duo had last collaborated for 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' which has beautifully etched millions of hearts. And now we are waiting for another, yet similar magic from the same actor-director duo.

According to a report, the source said, “Sanjay, who is penning the script, has narrated the idea to Salman and he is on board. Though the film isn’t a sequel or a remake, it may be called ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam 2’. SLB feels that the movie has all the elements that Hum Dil... had. So, the title feels like a natural fit for part two. However, it will have a different story and new characters. An A-list heroine will be cast opposite Salman, but the makers haven’t approached anyone as yet. Salman starts Dabangg 3 in the last week of March. Once he finishes the third instalment of the cop franchise, he will begin work on this project. The movie is being readied for a 2020 release".

On the other hand, recently, Priyanka Chopra who had graced as one of the guests at the ‘Koffee With Karan’ show revealed that she is in talks with SLB which really makes us wonder if PC is going to star opposite to Salman for the upcoming project. For the uninitiated, the actress was roped in to star in ‘Bharat’ along with Salman who later dropped the project owing to her wedding ceremonies.
