Rising star Siva Karthikeyan, whose career graph has been constantly on a rising trend with continuous hits, and a steady market, last had a release in the form of Seemaraja directed by Ponram, who had earlier given him hits Rajnimurugan and Varuthapadatha Vaalibar sangam.

However Seemaraja, despite great opening, could not sustain at the box office and ended an average fare. Siva returned on screen in a cameo in his maiden production venture Kanaa directed by his friend Arunraja Kamaraj, that had Aishwarya Rajesh in lead role. Now, Siva Karthikeyan is all set to strike screens again.

Siva Karthikeyan's 13th movie which is in progress has reached final stages of shooting, and the movie which was shot in Chennai and exotic locations like Azerbaijan will have its title and first look released soon, said director Rajesh. The movie which brings together lady superstar Nayanthara and Siva after Velaikkaran, is targeting a May release as a summer special. The movie, tentatively titled as SK13, has music by Hip Hop Thamizha and is bankrolled by Studio Green.
