Director turned hero SJ Suryah had scored a hit this year with his acting venture Monster, directed by Nelson Venkatesan. The movie, which revolved around a protagonist and his troubles with a rat in his house, received positive response from critics and audience and was a commercial success.

Following the success of Monster, SJ Suryah had been acting in Uyarndha Manithan which is directed by Tamilvannan who had earlier directed Kalvanin Kadhali and Machakaaran. This movie will have Amitabh Bachchan debuting in Tamil, and is currently on hold due to creative differences.

On the other hand, now the latest speculation making rounds is that SJ Suryah might next team up with director Radhamohan, who is known for making feel good movies. While an official clarification on this speculation is expected soon, it will be interesting to see how Radhamohan presents SJ Suryah.
