A couple of days back actor Sivakumar announced that he is stop writing in his Facebook page as he was hurt by the personal attacks made by some users who felt the actor`s write-up about Dheeran Chinnamalai, instigated caste feelings.

Common social media users also condemned the personal attacks on Sivakumar`s family as yet another instance of strangulating freedom of expression. Many of the actor`s fans and followers who read his posts regularly requested the veteran to come back and start posting in his Facebook page.

This is likely to bring a welcome change in the mindset of the septuagenarian. Today he has announced in his FB page that he will soon meet those who wanted him to continue writing in and also those who criticized him.

The man known for is modesty and clean image has also admitted that he has misinterpreted a few facts about a historical character in his piece about Dheeran Chinnamalai and apologized for the same. He has also said that henceforth he has to study the history with more care and clarity.
